• To maintain production daily basis on SAP.
• I Report to production manager.
• Operate and monitor all running equipment, manpower & resource as per work instruction.
• Manage line operators on daily shift to achieve production target and optimum m/c efficiency.
• Minimise excess products and rejections in process work.
• Execute all continual improvement of operations in form of new product development, Training effectiveness follow-up of Operators, review in capability of equipment.
• Request material from Stores for daily use based on the production schedule.
• Coordinate with Warehouse supervisor for shifting of finish good.
• Update Manager of all stoppages or breakdowns above one hour during shift working hours.
• Report to maintenance department for any equipment abnormalities to avoid down time. Time to time give instruction for predictive maintenance of equipment.
• Smooth hand over to reliever between shift incharge.Log book maintain for hand over.
• Effective process, equipment breaks down management in co-ordination with maintenance teams.
• Effective utilization of plant uptime to maximize Finished Goods output and minimizes Work In Progress.
