• 15 years of experience as an instrumentation and control systems engineer in detailed maintenance, commissioning and development co-ordination of instruments and control systems in Power Plant and Oil & Gas industry
• Conduct the kick-off meeting presentation to the organization if necessary, being accountable of all the activities necessary to fulfill the order on time (i.e. engineering definition, procurements and documentation).
• Optimize the total cost of the project through engineering modifications and waste elimination.
• Monitor and update the plan for risk mitigation if necessary.
• Manage all contractual correspondence with the customer, with efficiency, courtesy and concern for advocacy of the company. Maintain electronic archiving in the network of documents relating to the execution of the order.
• Anticipate and manage the resolution of problems encountered could have a negative impact on: Billing targets (amounts + time), the objectives of maintaining and margin improvement, the contractual milestones and internal delivery targets (equipment + documentation), Any contractual obligation subject to penalty and HSE performance.
• Coordinate the organization and manage the conduct of meetings with the Client.
• Make regular reports to the Order Execution & Support manager and to Operations Director monthly. Major problems and risks should be presented synthetically, detailing the actions and alternatives proposed.
• Configuring and faults diagnosis of DCS, SCADA, RTU, Analyzers and Control Loops.
• Installation, calibration and loop checking of the field instruments
• Experienced in the field instruments and control systems procurement activities
• Spares balance investigation and inventory control for all instruments’ spare parts
