I am responsible for Oil & Gas Global Client’s as Key Account Manager for exports project with defined role includes:

• Implementation of Green Field & Brown Field Projects.
• Project Planning, Scheduling, Client Management.
• Scope Change Management, Cost Management including P&L account of Project.
• Resource Management, Procurement & Contracting Strategies, Project Receivables.
• Managing Regulatory / Legal Compliances / Permits.
• Identifying Risk & Mitigation Process.
• Start-up, Execution, Commissioning, Hand-Over and Project Close Out.
• In Addition, focus on Business Development Including Bid Preparation.
• Offer preparation & submission for Upgrades & Revamp projects.
• Having exposure & sound knowledge in commercial transaction like exports & imports related to projects.
• Customer Support after sales & services
