My highest qualification is MIT and I have done Microsoft certification like MCSA and MCTS plus I am ITIL V3 certified.
I worked in multiple domain like Finance, Banking, Transport, F&B, Insurance and Telecommunication etc.
I do supporting European client since last 8 years.
I used to work for multiple technology but my core expertise on Windows OS, Active directory, DNS, DHCP, VMWare and other are Symantec Backup,, WSUS, SCCM, SCOM, Antivirus etc.
