6.Skilled in preparation / maintenance of necessary documents as per norms viz. Kaizen, 5S and TPM to ensure compliance with standards & customer requirements.
7.Believe in continuous learning and an innovative approach. Capable of adapting, implementing and ensuring smooth functioning of production with a view to ensure maximum efficiency.
8.Experience of fabrication of pressure parts for CFBC / AFBC/ Radiant / WHRB Boilers/ Flour mounted boilers , Heat exchangers , Drums & Condenser.
9.Knowledge of various welding and fabrication processes. Competitive knowledge of ISO, ASME standards and IBR code.
10.High integrity & energetic personnel with abilities in coordinating with teams to deliver quality services to customers in accordance with standard operating procedures.
