Executive Alumni of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies; holding two separate and distinct Master’s Degrees in Administrative (HR) Management (Three Years – Part time) and Laws (International Law and Constitutional & Administrative Law), in addition to basic Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and four PG Diplomas in Arabic, Financial Management, Operations Research for Management and Computer Software Techniques ; and over thirty years of experience consisting of about twenty-one years with Air India (1983-2003) in functional domains of Human Resources Development (Well-rotated across major functional divisions and also three deputational stints with operational departments), Personnel, Administration, Industrial Relations, Legal, Aviation Security, Industrial Security, Investigations, Fraud Prevention, Vigilance, Fire Prevention & Control, Watch and Ward, VVIP Security, General Administration; followed by ten years of classroom session engagement with about forty educational institutions in and around Mumbai, in knowledge domains of General Management, Human Resource Management, Law, Decision Sciences, Operations Management, Social & Behavioural Sciences.
