Being an Asst- Mgr, Marcom, I am accountable for running end to end online and offline communication activities. From writing all the company literature to website content, all are taking care by me making sure that nothing could damage brand image of the company or brand. Involved in strengthen the brand building activities and corroborate to send timely communication to the right audience. I devote to meet the deadlines. Some more component of my profile are- Updating of all sales collateral and corporate brochures, coordinate with vendors to ensure the quality of corporate gifts and employee gifts. Coordinate with media to timely ad submission and other agencies for preparation of standees, posters, sing-ages and other promotional material. Searching suitable events like exhibitions, conferences, and seminars and process the successful participation.Responsible for creating and delivering press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.Working with HODs and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget. Accountable for promoting products and services through public relations initiatives.Running a lead generation program through media monitoring and sharing with team. Preparing and analyzing of various monthly reports including competitor information analysis and also managing database.Understand current trends, technologies and advancements in communications and social media. Measure and evaluate elements and results of campaigns with the help of Google Analytic and web master tools. Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials. Ensures that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.Supervise social media outreach. Deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mail. Design and launch email marketing campaigns.
