• Maintenance and trouble shooting of ac drives like MM430, MM420 make Siemens, ACS 800 drives make ABB.
• Trouble shooting & logic modification with PLC system of S7-400 (SIEMENS) & AC 800PEC (ABB)
• Working & Editing with Hmi System (wonderware software) makes Invensys.
• Working with Profibus ,optical fiber and Ethernet communication system
• Preventive maintenance and repairing of LT Induction motors & dry type transformers.
• Maintenance repairing of MCC & PCC Panel, ACB, Transfer Trolley.
• Preventive maintenance and repairing of EOT CRANE OF 50 TON/10 TON & 25/5 TON.
• Scheduling and supervising of breakdown routine maintenance and preventive maintenance activities.
• New motor Installation by Motor testing & motor parameter setting through BOP/CDP of drives.
• Handle The problem by following Electrical circuit Drawing.
• Operation & maintenance of GAUGE (MAKE THERMO SCIENTIFIC ) used in mill for thickness measurement of CR COIL.
• Maintenance and trouble shooting of CHILLER UNIT used in mill for cooling the gauge.
• Material management and store handling and also looking after Man power management
• Documentation of daily activities.
• Involved With documentation work of plant like ISO 9001 & 14001.
• Daily SAP activities.
• Strictly following safety rules.
• Being as a shift in charge handling the shift by taking all responsibility of the shift.

• Field instruments used – pressure transmitter, RTD, Thermocouple, limit switch, lambda probe, Differential pressure transmitter, proximity switch, Temp controller, presser switch,posisener, servo valve.
