Projects and Contracts Management Professional with focus on Instrumentation and Telecom in Oil and Gas field in Gulf Region

I have been engaged in execution of EPIC projects for various Oil and Gas clients in Middle East for the past 12 years. Mainly, the delivery of the instrumentation and telecom scope of the contracts has been carried out by me on turnkey basis covering the entire cycle of projects from tenders, design, engineering, procurement, planning, installation, commissioning, integration and handover to client.

Areas of Expertise:
• Execution of Telecom Job/ Scope on turnkey basis from Design, Engineering through Erection, Commissioning to Closeout with Client, including Dossiers in line with client Engineering and CAD standards
• Integration of Telecom systems with different types of End User Equipment
• Interfacing between disciplines of Telecom, Instrumentation, Electrical, Fire Alarm & Loss Prevention Systems, Security Systems
• Interacting with Operations/ Projects Depts. of client for Technical, Procedural Issues and arriving at solutions for design, commissioning, spares and project takeover issues
• Coordination with Design Consultants for development of Detailed Design, FEED verification, Document Register finalization
• Coordinating with sub-contractors/Equipment suppliers for resolution of Technical issues
• Effective participation for Tender submissions w.r.t. scope of Telecommunication works
• Project co-ordination for timely financial activities like submission of Bank guarantees, Performance bonds and L/C payments
