Having 17+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Technical field and to manage Quality in all aspects in each department involved.
I would like to expand my knowledge on get more exposer on same field.

Liason with all depts.& vendors on daily basis with effective communication.

*Incharge of Quality controllers, to guide them to do follow AQL systems and Quality
standards. Also to achieve Quality team implementation and to teach them about
team motivation

*Plan and carry out all kind of inspections like PPM,Inline,Mid,Final Inspections to get product in desired Quality.

*New factory evaluation and Ensure SOPs are seriously followed by the vendor .

*As a Technician I personally review the intarsias of the styles ordered and over seeing the progress of the sampling program and patterns

*Ensuring the Quality and time schedule standards are meeting buyers requirement

*Production and co ordination with factories to execute orders given by the buyer
Within committed time

*Control and Monitor evaluation of various samples Development,FIT,PPS,TOP(SSP)

*Co ordination with Merchandising dept
*Cross checking of process house and factory following standards and safety Measures.

*Monitor social compliance and Follow up Audit.

*Making Monthly and Season wise Performance report of Sample Approvals and Fri .

*Customer feed back implement to vendor on immediate follow ups.
