I am responsible for handling key client accounts, gathering requirement from clients, coordinating with client and technical team to bring the desired output, client coordination, preparing UAT and SLA for Client Support. Handling the software implementation, Identifying, troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting user system issues, maintaining customer satisfaction in every step of the service delivery. Responding to client support request tickets, calls, and emails, Provide CRM software training to end users and also provide support to Sales and Marketing Team for product demonstration and client meeting.
