• Executed and delivered demanded parts for the Trent family engine’s in time.
Ability control, co-ordinate and execute under pressure.

• Identified the bottlenecks, mile stones and risks through analytical thinking to make sure there are no stoppages through the process.
• Inspired and moved the resource in high level to meet the target much before the scheduled target date.
• Coordinated between various plans/depts. to ensure the overall plan is met through making the various stakeholders know the importance and unshakable interest in the project .
• Identified programme slippages, alternative processes .
• Responsible for execution & monitoring of First Article Inspection activities for NPI .
