Pursue a challenging career in the field of basic and applied microbiology, including
Isolation of bacterial and fungal flora from rhizosphere, rhizoplane, water and in-planta (endophyte) system followed by selection towards potential fungicidal, pesticidal, growth promoter, fortifier propertied novel microbes and broadens towards development of optimized conditions for large scale production. Self-motivation, ability to conduct scholarly research independently, and as well as part of a team towards common objective, interpret/evaluate data, communicate results and contribute directly to the overall research goals of the project and the research group are my strength’s.
