I am a Senior Technical Writer/Information Developer with 8 years of experience in the IT industry. I have been responsible for creating documentation for ERP On-Premise as well as Cloud products in my current organization. In my current role, I collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, and consultants to create documents that adhere to the company’s standards and guidelines. I am also familiar with Lean principles and Agile methodology.

I have worked extensively on Product documentation, API documentation, Developer Guides, Video production, and various types of guides and handbooks catering to multiple audiences. I have worked on HTML5 and S4HANA projects as well. I am also adept at working with various authoring environments and tools such as DITA, Authoring Workbench, Epic Editor, Camtasia, Audacity, Adobe Captivate, RoboHelp, FrameMaker, Advanced Word, XML, HTML, Snagit, and Visio.
