Project: Palava City spread Across 14000 acres of Land comprising of residential buildings and retail / commercial structures.
Started and finished one of the sectors comprising of 3000 plus flats with complete retail and other facilities handed over to customers. Complete labor contract executed and material supplied by Lodha’s. Both conventional and S –FORM structures executed ( Material by Lodha’s). Middle level segment buildings and also high end finishes buildings done. Dealt with high raise buildings also.



Organization: D-Mart India Mumbai

Project 1: Greenfield Hyper Marts Projects Across Various Cities of Maharashtra (7 projects), Karnataka (4 projects), Andhra Pradesh (5 projects), Gujarat (5 projects) and Rajasthan (3 projects); project size varying from 2.0 lac sft to 3.5 lakhs sft.Labor contract executed.

Project 2: Constructed corporate office for D-Mart which is green building having two level underground basement with excavation depths up to 14m below ground level with shore piling of 750mm dia; Building is of Two basement, ground and six floors. Complete labor contract done material supplied by owner.
Project 3: Completed Mall in Akota – Baroda having Basement, Ground and Four Floor area 4 lac sft. Heigh end finishes done.

Project 4 : Done warehouses in Mumbai suburbs, Pune ,Hyderabad and other places with PEB and conventional steel structures. Both hybrid and complete steel structures executed. Extensive VDF industrial flooring done with hardener. Also executed admin building works. Labor contract works executed.

Description: Large commercial township and malls with high raise buildings; total area of development is 130,000 sqm; development consisting of water parks, towers, hotels and offices; total mivan shattering systems were used with high-end finishes; civil contractor Cebarco and consultants Mott Macdonald/RTKL.
Project 2: Commercial Complex at Mameer, Bahrain
Description: Area 450,000 sft with flat slab of 9 mtr grids and large glazing in front with industrial warehouses (PEB)
Project 3: Bahrain International Airport
Description: worked extensively for master planning with Jacob consulting engineers
Project 4: Bahrain Business Bay
Description: Dealt with designs and initiated Township Project including malls and high raise buildings.
Project 5: Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait
Description: Financial malls across Middle East; eight malls were built; area varying from 225,000 sft to 350,000 sft with high end finishes. Aloso handled complete data centers design and constructions.
Project 6: Oriental Printing Press
Description: At Bahrain International Investment Park at HIDD area including area 450,000 sft. with latest piling technology .Big industrial warehouse with admin building.

Description: For Abdul Rahman Al Bahar at Nuwaidrat at HIDD area. 3 lac sft of warehouse also executed with VDF flooring. Conventional steel building.
