Experience in Fabrication, Execution, Erection, Heavy Rigging, Alignment and inspection Well knowledge in all types of mechanical projects installation like process piping, fire fighting piping, water treatment piping, IBR etc, with up dated technology. Experience in all type of mechanical jobs i.e. Structural light/heavy loaded dynamic (rolled/build up section). Piping small/big bore (readymade/miter bends MS/AS/SS). Equipments medium and heavy reactors, boilers, pressure vessels (ms mild steel/ ss stainless steel/lined) Tanks small/big storage ms/ss etc.,
Knowledge in installation of process plant monitoring and supervises from starting up to commission as per contract agreement. Understand contract agreement material/job scope etc. Both LSTK, EPC type Projects. . Also managing project including cost control
Complete knowledge in Evaporation plant process, operation, inspection, pre-commissioning/ commissioning.
Planning for packing of the finished products with safety and as per the specification.
Experience in shut down jobs project billing and also checking contractor’s bills etc.
