Where my job profile involves below activities:
• Providing L1 & L2 Support on Citrix issues reported by users
• Working on Incident, Changes, Tasks and Monitoring daily Health check report.
• Interacting with users to understand their issues and working on those via remote sessions, involving other teams(if necessary) to troubleshooting with perfect resolution/ with a justification for that issue.
• Publishing and Providing access to different kind of Application based on the client requirement.
• Citrix Hotfix management, User creation and password resetting.
• Handling service calls and closing with perfect resolution within the time frame.
• Assigning service calls to team mate and routing those to concern teams.
• Working on backup/restore.
• Maintaining group policies
• Troubleshooting client server applications on Citrix XenApp.
