Working with a largest profit making and progressive public sector undertaking, producing wide range of fertilizers & chemicals - M/s Rashtriya chemicals & fertilizers from last 10 years.

As a Purchase Manager with proactive approach, cost saving and inventory management skills from last three years. Worked as SAP functional core team member, during implementation SAP ECC6.0 EHP4 version and documents management system. Worked as Dy Coordinator for New project. Procurement of electrical & instrumentation equipment’s and spares required for the same for RCF Trombay plant.

Achievements as a Dy.Manager (Purchase):
 Leading a team of three purchase officers for spares procurement.
 Sourced, Negotiated and Procured capital spares on import and high-seas-sales and contracts with about 10 different vendors in last 3 years.
 Implemented new vendor rating system on the basis of timely delivery and quality of supply.
 Successfully procured all spares and new systems through e-tendering system from 2014-15.
 SAP functional core team member, during implementation SAP ECC6.0 EHP4 version.
 Successful implementation of documents management system in RCF as move towards paperless office.
 Preparation of various MIS reports.
 Complete responsibility for handling tenders through e-tendering, e-reverse auction and e-documentation system of Government of India.

Job Responsibilities:.
 Coordinated with various departments within (Parent plant) RCF with new project of Heavy Water Board in respect of support & services such as purchase of chemical, spares and other materials, entry/exit of tankers through RCF entry points.
 Exact verification of supply/return quantity of phosphoric acid & other utilities and calibration of meters.
 Statutory reports and clearances from environment management, statutory requirement of MPCB, BMC etc (all other than AERB), lining up and follow up of work-orders and contracts.
Achievements:
 Revenue generated for RCF Rs. 23 Lakhs per month from Heavy water Board towards procurement, stores and other services provided for Operation & Maintenance of TDP (HWB) plant.

From June 2006 to May 2011
Lining up of contracts for electrical engineering services. Annual Maintenance contracts for all chemical and fertilizer plants.
 Contract line up for repair and overhauling of major electrical equipment’s.
 Liaising with external agencies like electrical inspectors, energy auditors, lift inspectors, TATA power to fulfill statutory requirements like permission to operate new installations & audit of existing electrical systems.
Achievements:
 Lead the team of 4 for implementation of various energy saving schemes with revenue generation to the tune of 10 Lakhs per month.
