Sincere and versatile professional with experience of over 7 years in diverse areas encompassing Production, Process Engineering, Operations and Maintenance in Edible Oil Sector, Installation, Commissioning, Project Planning & Management.
• Currently working as a Project Manager with De United Foods Industries Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria.
• Hands on the Edible Oil Processing, Palm Oil Production, Degumming, Neutralization, Bleaching & Deodorization.
• Handling Palm Oil, Soybean oil.
• Organize and execute production in-line with planned production schedule within quality parameters during Operation.
• To maintain the parameter to achieve standard specification of Refined oil during operation.
• Monitor production costs as per target and inform management about resources required for meeting targets.
• Monitor the Breakdown time, record it and report to management.
• Reconciliation of all the stocks in the factory.
• Administer day to day operations & job responsibilities of the staff.
• Adept at Project planning, execution & troubleshooting, exceptional strengths in striking perfect coordination with all stakeholders – company, team and client to catalyze work performance and ensure project execution within defined cost/time parameters.
• Good knowledge of Industrial Standards and Safety Norms, while commissioning projects; demonstrated capability in installation, commissioning, operation & maintenance of a wide range of Process machinery & equipments and process operation of PLC & SCADA based Edible Oil Refinery.
• Focused and hardworking professional equipped with thorough knowledge and technical understanding coupled with an analytic bent of mind and confident to take challenging assignments.
