Professional Experience:
Truckoman Oil & Gas Services S.A.O.G., TRUCKOMAN is the Sultanate of Oman’s leading provider of specialist logistics solutions. Founded in 1978, we specialise in three core activities — Oil and Gas Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Total Logistics Services.

Working as Store Manager (from Feb 2018 to still date)

Responsibilities: Stores, Warehouse, Logistics & Inventory Management in ERP Microsoft NAV.

• Overall responsible for Central Stores operation as well as Sub-stores activities.
• Coordinating with Stores keepers, Logistics Team and allocating the daily tasks.
• Periodical Physical Stock Counts and updates in ERP-Microsoft NAV for proper inventory control.
• Monitor inventory levels and informs the concerned department to procure the materials as and when required.
• Monitor Stock / Inventory; prepare proper report for fast moving, slow moving and obsolete stock items and submit plan of action report to management.
• Keep stock control system up to date and ensure the inventory accuracy, conduct perpetual stock take, identify the non-stock/damage materials and submit the plan of action report to the management.
• Regular visits to all sub-stores and monitoring the activities.
• Communicate with Drivers and ensure efficient collection as well as delivery of materials on time as well as efficient usage of available trucks.
• Coordinating with Procurement department for expediting the Orders on time.
• Liaising with Local & Overseas Suppliers for materials delivery and explore possibilities to expedite the deliveries.
• Maintain Stores Staff job results by training, counselling, planning, monitoring and disciplining employees.
• Maintaining updates on GRN, MIN, Stock Ledger, MIS Request – Stock, consumption, materials arrival, and site returned statements.
• Preparing & Submission of Monthly Stock Report for Central Stores and Sub-Stores to Head of Accounts & Finance dept.
• Establishing & implementing operational plans for the stores which ultimately aims to achieve the main objectives to the company.
• Preserving the materials in their condition and ensure that they are not exposed to damage or loss or decrease or change the specifications and provide a suitable place.
• Preparing the plans to change the capacity of the warehouse and equipment for the transfer and delivery of materials.
• Manage & arrange inspection of Materials by the Technical/QA/QC departments.

Worked as Executive- Sales Administration (MB Trucks Division) (from Feb 2012 to November 2017)

Responsibilities:
Ordering Vehicles in Daimler System
• Vehicle costing for new stock vehicles + SDI ( Special discount Enquiry)
• Ordering vehicles (Trucks & Vans) in AFAB (Application for Automotive Business).
• Shipment follow-up.
• Create orders and entering vehicles details in Autoline.
• Checking Daimler vehicle invoices.
Stock Management and Control
• Preparing Daimler Invoices and supporting documents for customs clearance.
• Movement of stock vehicles into/ between yard to branches.
• Stock Vehicle allocation for Sales Consultant.
• Conduct vehicle stock taking / spot checks and keep stock level in DMS up-to-date.
