Presently I am working in Dresser-Rand Middle East and North Africa as a HSE Engineer.
I had worked in McDermott International as a HSE Advisor from February 2001 to May 2013. I have Prepare project HAZID HSE plan, risk assessment reviews prior to work commencement. Prepare weekly, monthly HSES reports Manage project specific HSE affairs and coordinates closely with clients, PMT and field supervisions in the management of HSE matters. Implement and assist emergency procedures for the fabrication yard and Offshore Projects, conduct drills to assess effectiveness of emergency response plan. Conduct in-house safety inspection audits and assists in external safety audits. Implement safe system of works, i.e. permit-to-work procedure and other safety programs. Directs and supervises the activities of field safety officers for both onshore and offshore operations.Delevering various HSE trainings (new employees orientation, short service employees orientation, permit to work , lock out tag out, fall prevention, confined space entry, respiratory protection, leader man self-assessment programme, HIT-Hazard identification tool, sub-contractor orientation) to the employees and site supervision
