Merit of managing a budget of 100 million USD for Halul terminal of Qatar Petroleum and corporate performance management of 150 billion USD Qatar Petroleum group companies.
Led a team of 10 members involved in project’s cost cutting initiatives and ensured cost savings of over US$ 800 million during FY 2009-2010.
Improved operational, overhead cost and saved US$ 10 million by benchmarking Halul Crude Oil Terminal with 11 international terminals via Juran International Institute, UK.
Brought a cost savings worth US$ 10 million by maintaining professional relations, streamlining cost recovery process at Halul terminal & export department and sharing information with joint venture partners.
Selected and appointed a different vendor and implementing oil accounting software which resulted in saving over US$ 3 million. Introduced latest & advanced hardware to reduce PC downtime and increased the productivity which resulted in a saving of US$ 1.5 million. Streamlined Crude Oil VCF factor calculation and ensured cost savings, worth US$ 5 million.
Achieved a cost savings of US$ 75 million by writing off non-performing assets and outsourcing marine services at Halul terminal & export department. Played a pivotal role in implementing SAP PM Module with Artemis and SAP IS OIL module.

o Averted various emergencies with foresighted operation, completed projects with in time, cost & quality.
o Avoided maintenance breakdowns, reduced overtime and improved plant’s HSE, maintenance and reliability, etc.
Managed Refinery Oil terminal, enhancement of tank storage capacity and terminal modernisation which resulted cost saving 90 million INR. Minimised terminal losses i.e. crude oil ocean loss, month end products transfer losses, demurrage losses by business reengineering and streamlined overall operation, etc.
Worked as Project coordinator for timely erection & commission of Bombay high crude's LPG distillation unit, Hexane Maximization unit and balance draft furnace projects saved over run cost, earned on early productions and saved resources worth 30 MM INR. Worked as Plant Manager in LPG bottling plant and Asphalts drumming & storage Plant head, managed P/L, resources and achieved production set targets by Marketing.
