Throughout my career, I have utilized my leadership, planning and financial skills to consistently increase revenue, reduce cost and drive financial and operational deliverable. A qualified PG Diploma in Business Management (Financial Management), I am currently working as Finance Director with Surya Group of Companies, Russia - Moscow. In my current role, I am responsible for managing finance & accounts activities encompassing managing cash flow and forecasts, business process and implementation, budgets approval / monitoring per cost center and overseeing the oversight & delivery of annual budgets at different units / divisions.

Also Monitors Trade Cycle on periodical basis, and review Direct / Indirect Expenses, profitability, revenue and inventory on Weekly / Monthly Basis. At the end to ensure that organization is on track to attain its strategies towards long term vision.
