- around 2 years of experience working as a freelance Event Coordinator & Manager where I have successfully catered to a corporate promotional activities at a ground level for a day to large Mega Visual Exhibitions on completing the century for 12 day to Mega Product Launches in Event Management domain which has exposed me to enhancement in people & time management & managing the delivery within the deadline.
- a short stint for 3.5 months at a BPO catering to product selling over wired connection to international clients where I have been able to polish up my selling, convincing, negotiation & communication skills & had played an important role in achievements of the company.
- 4 years of exposure in an insurance industry where I have been into sales team managing the corporate relationship & responsible for developing & generating business out of our business partners where the journey began from an executive level & ended up at a Manager level. I have been a player who has set up & developed new product line of business which has given great amount of revenue to them probable that might have crossed in 9 digits if accumulated for the year. I have been able to change the reputation & took it to a level which is highly appreciated. Have been successful in developing & generating great amount of revenues even from the previously non-productive divisions & from the divisions who are not directly responsible for the generation of revenue. A lot of grooming within this role, may it be confidence, relationship management, motivation, negotiation, conflict resolution, negotiation, man management, analytical, client & partner relationship management or team management & various such skills. This experience built a never say die attitude & guts that says everything is possible, if you are willing to do it.
