I am 41 years Old Indian resident. I am a performance driven professional with 21 years of experience across manufacturing in the field of Operations management, Plant and People management, Maintenance, Engineering & Project management. I am looking for a good opportunity in a manufacturing sector as a plant head/Unit head/Operations and Maintenance head position. I am well versed with implementing operations excellence tools i.e. TPM, TQM, 5-S, Kaizen, TOC, Gemba, Poka- Yoke, JIT, ITR, OEE, 7-QC tools, DMAIC, FMEA, ISO/ZED standards, Team building, training and development, balance score card development and implementation etc.
I am an Electrical Engineer from Board of technical Education, Lucknow India, and further did my Master in Engineering Business Management from Warwick University, a top world’s University. I am a certified project management professional also. I have diverse exposure in my 21 years of tenure in heading and managing plant operation and maintenance, Energy Conservation, Utility operation and Maintenance of a continuous running plant, as well as Manufacturing operations (plant and Machine management) in an engineering manufacturing company by end to end supply chain management. I lead quality drives, operational excellence drive, new product development drive, OTIF- on time delivery and customer satisfaction drive.
