i am currently working in Hotel Plaza - Chembur as Sr Sales Executive since Jan 2014 till date handling AREA OF WORK
* All about the field work to visit all the corporate for Tie-up / contract for rooms and Banquets
* Visiting the corporate to maintain good Relation as well as regular business with our Property.
* Make good corporate deals and give the corporate rate to the companies and to the travel agent
* Handel all their queries with their budget
* Follow up the outstanding with the companies is any delay in payment.
* arrange their stay and maintain the hospitality services.
* Create and maintain the company and Travel Agent data.
* Taking care of the room reservations.*Handling all the Reservation on Calls, on E-mails and any walk in guest
*Taking care of room reservation, maintaining all the guests, Companies history.
*Co-ordinate with the all travel agent (Bookers) for the Room booking.
*Create and maintain the company and Travel Agent data.
*make good corporate deals and give the corporate rate to the companies and to the travel agent. As well as work with sales team
*Assisting & providing complete customer service to the guests.
*Handling all the check-in & check-out formalities.
*Taking care of the airport pick-up’s & drop’s arrangement for the guest.
*Taking care of the room reservations.
*To follow-up with the companies for the company’s correspondence, payments for the pending bills.
*Checking all the transaction for the day during the night shift & do the Day-End process.
* Co-ordination with the Companies or concern person for there booking of the Rooms or Banquet requirements.
*Taking care of Tele Sales in the sales department.
* Take the booking of the Rooms and Banquets from the respective companies or the any respective inquiry.
