 Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly report of SEPM server.
 Take Symantec Manager Backup / Restoration process for BCP of SEPM.
 Do up gradation activity of SEPM 12.1.2015 to 12.1.4 & recreation of DB of SEPM activity with the support of SEPM vendor.
 Handsome knowledge of System, Hardware & OS Troubleshooting,
SAP & Remote Support, Software installation, Configure Mail Accounts in
Outlook 2007-10-13, Data Migration, Patch & Service pack installation.
 Daily log call in IT Tool & resolve it within SLA. Escalation of the critical
Issue with the concern team & take follow-up of it till Successful closure
Of the same.
 Prepare SOP & KEDB of the critical IT related issues.
 Manage & maintain Print Server & File Server.
 Monitor Symantec Netback up server & Create report for daily, weekly & Monthly Report.
