Professional Profile and Achievement’s

I have been in the oil and gas exploration sector since 1985. I began on the drilling rigs as a lease hand in Canada and over time worked my way up through the ranks to eventually holding the position of operations manager, internationally. I also became an oilfield consultant in Canada for over 8 years, working for oil companies in Canada.

I have worked in many different cultural areas of the world in International countries including Kuwait, Libya, Korea, Venezuela and Mexico, and Indonesia. I have gathered many friends and acquaintances over the years and have influenced all with positive forward moving guidance and assistance. Many of which still keep in touch with me.

I have very strong Communication skills at different levels of management, contractors and team members. I enjoy helping people to learn their responsibilities and understand more intricate items to do with their field of work. I really enjoy a challenge and rise to all with enthusiasm. I take the time to mentor and coach junior staff and team building in a multicultural environment where everyone is treated equal.
With this attitude I have been able to increase productivity with in certain areas of some companies.

I have been successful in all work projects, that have been given to me and I achieve high scoring in testing I have received an IWCF diploma, as well as a Degree in Business and Economics plus I held a Second line Supervisory ticket for working in Canada.

While working in Canada I consulted there for over 6 years on many wells including Super Sour (85%+/_) wells and HPHT, HPHV type wells and mountain drilling wells too, working in remote areas. All wells were brought on line.

I am resilient, reliable and creative. I have understanding, compassion and strong integrity. I set my self-high standards, of work ethics, work place safety and integrity, strictly adhering to company, governmental regulations. I have knowledge of OSHA, WCB, AEUB, and International guidelines and regulations. I also utilize total quality and safety management principles to operate successfully in a stressful, fast- paced, deadline oriented, and “no errors” environment. I have played major roles in ensuring integrity of million dollar oilfield equipment; averting downtime.
