Last 25 years of my experience in communication has given me - Strong media relation at local, national and international level - Bridging communication gaps in employees through structured internal communication tools - Strategies for promoting Sustainability, CSR, Safety and employees engagement - Sustainable brand building and India/global positioning – Presenting organization profile as a speaker in prominent forums - Chairman/ CEO positioning as key drivers of India’s growth story - Strong content for business brand, authoring articles and large format features and stories - New market development with increase in the scope of business and market share - Strong hold on digital and social media strategy - Building CSR projects for deprived children and rural & tribal women - Advocacy through media for the business and social branding of the organisation – Building relationship communication with government at State and Central level.

In this career span, I have worked about 12 years in metals, mining, energy, infrastructure and social sector – in Hindustan Zinc. 11 years I have worked in the Govt. ad agency (DAVP), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting and 8 years in NIFT in fashion industry. In the year 2018 I was also felicitated with “CSR Person of the Year” by CSR Leadership Summit, for driving CSR and Sustainability communication projects.

My exposure in government and private sector gives me an edge towards understanding both sides of communications and devise communication accordingly.

I have done Masters in Economics and PGD in Advertising and Public Relations. I am a graduate in both English Literature and Hindi Literature, this gives me strong hold on both the languages.

I have authored book – “Me Within Myself” and my next book on usages of Zinc – “We all have Zinc in our Lives” - is under final proof reading.
