Patricia Rizkallah

Education
Patricia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the American University of Beirut and is certified in Senior Professional Human Resources SPHR.

Experience
For the past twelve years Patricia has worked as a Human Resources (HR) Manager. She has built several departments from scratch, from administrative tasks to strategic ones.

Her professional experience has consisted mainly of ensuring that daily HR related functions are carried out in accordance with the company’s strategy and best practices, as well as advising and guiding employees. During her career, she interviewed more than 5,000 employees in various numbers of industries such as F&B, FMCG, Manufacturing, Construction, NGO, Pharmaceutical and Medical. She also conducted more than 100 training session, mainly in topics related to soft skills.

She began her HR career in the food and beverages industry where she handled the role of an HR Manager for several outlets. Patricia then made a move to the pharmaceutical industry where she took a regional role handling 3 offices: Beirut, UAE and KSA. Her scope of responsibility covered the GCC and Levant area. Then Patricia made another move to the FMCG and Manufacturing industry acting as the group HR Manager.

Apart from her full time job, Patricia worked as a recruitment consultant with a Belgium company called People’s Solutions. Her task consisted of recruiting upper management positions.

Currently Patricia works as a Freelance, delivering trainings on several topics such as recruitment, job description, policies & procedures and performance management. In addition to that Patricia is handling several recruitment project in the region.
