Masters in chemical Engineering with 8+ years of advanced process control experience in all major process plants including Refineries, Petro-chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Power plants, etc..,

Experience in all phases ranging from control system design in FEED to commissioning and further in to troubleshooting of running plants.

Unique combination of chemical engineering and automation experience as a strength to understand the process requirement up to the root level, to provide the optimized and efficient process control solution.
• Experience working in all major topography including US, Europe, Middle East and Asian counties.

• Familiar with various reputed standards including SAUDI ARAMCO, SHELL, EXXON MOBIL, KOC, DOW, and BASF.

• Experience in process automation up gradation projects for running units based on technical analysis performed.

• Expertize in ABB/YOKOGAWA DCS system including both basic control system (BPCS) and safety control system (SIS/ESD).

• Expertize in trouble shooting process plant control system with real and simulator environment.

• Extensively testing and selecting various controls in OTS by developing process modelling for closed loop control module package like compressor, pump, V-L or L-L separators etc.. in order to validate the control system performance, robustness and enhancements, PID tuning and verify ESD logic.
