Paritosh Mishra

I am working as a team leader of 5 people (Three civil engineer including me, and two electrical engineer).I am good in AutoCAD, Earthwork calculation for Road, Building works using Symson's Rule.
BBS, QC works.
I inspect the on-going work at site. Guide my sub-ordinates and try to enable them to keep the quality of work at site.
I keep a good understanding and co-operation between my client and also the contractor people. My efforts are always in positive direction, not to create any hurdle on the way of work progress. I have never found Contractor's any representative feeling uneasy working with me. My Client is quite satisfied with my working pattern. With in my knowledge and experience and skill range, i have been trying the best i can in the direction of a good progreesive project. Even i am keeping myself improving also with a positive and progressive mentality.
I am a co-worker friendly person. I always try to go with the wind. I never try to be a hurdle on the way of progress. This is what i think the best part in me.
