Working as an Asst Manager-HR for Godrej Appliances Division.
Handling the following activities:
Recruitment & Talent Management:
• Sourcing CVs from online portals and ensuring we get the right candidates for the right position
• Screening resumes & employee applications received
• Tracking all positions on a daily basis
• Liaising with placement consultants
• Schedule/Conduct Interviews for all functions with respective line managers
• Preparing remuneration gist for selected candidates
• Salary negotiations and offer closures within timelines
Employee Communications & Engagement
• Branch visits to interact with employees face to face to seek feedback on their work/any issue faced in terms of infrastructure/ support from peers/boss, other associated departments, irritants of any at work etc.
• Regular interactions with all new joinees in the complete duration of their probation to understand their difficulties and problems and help them solve the same
• Creating an annual engagement plan with one engagement activity per month.
• Plan and execute the activities in a timely fashion
• Activities should cover both H.O & Branch employees
Grievance management
• Using the ‘ASK HR’ online portal to solve all HR queries within stipulated time and ensuring all employee grievances are resolved
Employee On boarding
• Planning and execution of Divisional Induction comprising of presentations by different functionaries, product training and field visits.
• Taking care of all the administrative activities required from the time of joining to the final placement of the new recruits in their respective functions and locations.
• Handling queries of the new recruits pertaining to Salary, taxation, leaves, allowances, HR policies etc.
