My name is Pareshkumar Lath, an Indian inhabitant born and brought up in Mumbai.
My total eight years of work experience is in the field of Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship & Team Management mostly into Real Estate & Mortgage sector.
About work experience, I was working with ICICI HFC Ltd. as a Sales Manager into Commercial Real Estate & Investments. Understand client requirement of commercial/retail properties, share the product details, build trust with the client, proper followup leading to deal closure. Apart from Customer service, I use to network & build relationship with Corporate clients, IPC, local owners & builders of commercial real estate. Develop all channel partners of ICICI eg. ICICI securities, ICICI Wealth & Bank branches, ICICI SME & Salary Account activation team, by way of hurdle meet in morning hours. Developing a team by way of motivation, counselling, skill & product knowledge.
The same profile goes with HDFC Realty, I use to take care of Residential Real Estate.The major difference was number of deals handled were more compared to Commercial.
When I was in HDFC Sales Pvt. Ltd., I handled all Mortgage products related to Real Estate.
My six plus years of work experience is a product mix of Commercial/Retail, Residential & Mortgage.
At the end, I'd really describe myself as a person with a versatile skill sets, a lot of integrity & willing to go an extra mile in order to satisfy customer requirement.
