Batch house Activities

Load cell calibrations maintenance and troubleshooting of weighing controller, vibrator and motors. Routine checking of vibro feeders ensuring smooth flow of raw materials. And ensuring magnetic coil is kept at optimum position for required vibration.

Furnace Activities

Monitoring and maintenance of temperature sensors, glass level controller, pressure control in glass furnace. Whole controlling system , troubleshooting of Siemens PLC ,SCADA system ,HMI.

Tracking daily breakdowns, implementing preventive maintenance programmes to improve the efficiency of the system or the equipment undergoing maintenance.

TECHNICAL SKILL

Maintenance & troubleshooting of PLC (SIEMENS), knowledge about temperature sensors (like thermocouples , fiberoptics ,RTDs etc).

Knowledge about PID (Proportional Integral Derivative ) setting. Pneumatics system control of IS machine and timing control of Is Machine.

Weighing , discharging , synchronising and calibration of scales in batch house.

Knowledge about VFD (variable frequency drives),servo drive ,servo motors , and induction motors. Knowledge about HMI(human machine interface),proximity sensors, limit switch. pressure switch , regulators, Fiber optics etc

Man Management:

Providing direction, motivation & training to the shop floor team for ensuring optimum performance for instrumentation operations in the organisation.

From 2007 to sept 2009 working with Hindustan National Glass LTD Bahaduragarh (Haryana) India as a supervisor in instrument deptt.
