 Design of static & Package Equipment like Pressure Vessels, Columns, Tanks and Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Heat Exchangers & package Equipment such as Coalescer, Static Mixers, HP-Steam De-super Heaters & Ejectors required by the Oil and Gas Sector.
 Use of standards & codes like ASME Section VIII Div I, TEMA, API 650, and familiar with Saudi Aramco Specifications. etc.
 Mechanical Design Calculation details of Equipment like thickness, forces due to weight, wind external elements etc. using Process Data Sheets received from Process department and carryout strength calculation in SDB in house software and internationally known like PVElite-2015 & Compress-2014.
 Preparation of Engineering Data Sheets & Engineering Drawings for Refinery Equipment using above data. AUTOCAD packages and Acrobat Writer are used to prepare these data sheets.
 Guide to Draftsman for preparation of Engineering Drawings.
 Preparation of Requisitions for placement of orders on vendors.
 Checking of vendor offers and preparation of “TECHNICAL BID TABULATION “to compare offers from all vendors and select the appropriate vendor.
 Checking of Vendor Documents (Design calculations & Fabrication Drawings).
 Preparation of PEP (Project Execution Plan) & Loading Data for Equipment.
 Coordination with different departments and reply to site queries.
 ID Checks of P & ID, Plot Plan and Civil Foundation Drawings, etc.
 Technical negotiations with Vendors.
 Resolve Design related queries at Site.
