• Finalization of books of accounts & preparation of financial reports.

• Abreast knowledge of accounting standards, US GAAP and IFRS.

• Day to day accounting / banking and controlling and administrative activities.

• Depth accounting knowledge of manufacturing and construction industries - (including side office Accounting-Project Accounting)

• Good understanding of Import and Export formalities.

• Expertise in providing tax consultancy to units in the field of direct and indirect tax include Excise, Service Tax, Custom, VAT/CST and FTP (Export Benefits).

• Capable to implement and monitor internal control.

• Conducting Statutory and Internal Audit.

• Conversant with budgeting, costing and performance Analysis.

• Various Reports for Management; Working Capital Management, Daily / Monthly Production & Sales Reports, Tax Compliance Report.

• Green Field Project experience – as Section Head (Accounts & Taxation) with Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. (Hi-Tech Carbon, Patalganga Project).

• Working knowledge in African Countries (Nigeria, Tanzania, Mozambique, Burkina Faso and others)
