Possess proven management experience in terms of delivering infrastructure projects right from conceptualization to completion.

The project life cycle involves master planning, preparing schematic/detailed drawings, team selection, MEP coordination, selection of vendors/consultants and PMCs, design documentation, review of activities/drawings/designs, site works, ID/MEP drawings, tendering, negotiations, recommending vendors for awards of work, contractual reviews, payment processing, and achievement of commercial/architectural and MEP closure on projects.

Experienced in execution and thought leadership in terms of design planning, development & delivery in sync with architectural and client requirements. Conceptualized, innovated and delivered innovative designs and drawings in keeping with the current market and industry trends.
