Project - Head of Ecommerce, an online seller in all major Marketplaces. I am involved in the following activities:

· Complete affiliate management of online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, jabong, myntra,Paytm, shopclues,shopping.indiatimes. com , scootsy.com, fashionara. com, limeraod.com, rediff.com, hopscotch.in, firstcry.com, b abyoye.com,indianroot.com, sty letag.com, pepperfry.com, eBay & Snapdeal.
Ø This involves: Ø Website changes like front end – back end , vendor management, magento, catalog management , Uploading & Listing of Product images, Attributes, Categories, Quality description, Content and bulk uploading
Ø Customer Relationship Management - handling customer complaints & resolving customer queries, order status, returns, refunds etc. Ø
Ø Coordinating with eCommerce portals for shipping, returns, refunds & replacements, stock updates, product recalls, payments, issues, etc.
