Owais Qureshi

I am a management professional with nine years working experience in sales & marketing field. I have gained this experience by working in banking and engineering services sectors. I have worked in India, Saudi Arabia and United Kingdom.
This journey of nine years has taught me many skills and few of them are quite important in current business environment. By working with people from different backgrounds I have improved upon my team working skills. My work in sales & marketing helped me to improve my communication skills and to become a better presenter. I also got an opportunity in Bureau Veritas, Saudi Arabia to handle a project where we had to audit contractors of Saudi Telecom Company (one of the largest telecommunications company in middle east) in different cities of Saudi Arabia. I was assigned a team to smoothly carry out the project and it helped me to improve upon my team management and project management skills.
I always believe in learning new things and to look at things from different perspective. I continued my journey of learning by successfully completing few management certifications courses (ISO 9001, ISO 50001) during my stay in Bureau Veritas. During these nine years I realized the power and importance of data and how helpful data can be, to take better and meaningful decisions. I continued the journey by upgrading myself through MSc degree in Business Analytics from Aston University.
