A dynamic Human Resources Manager with over 12 years of extensive professional experience in multinational and national organizations across all Human Resources Management functions and activities including: Rewards Management/Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent acquisition, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Learning & Development and Recruitment & Selection, and Personnel.
Currently Ossama is the Human Resources Manager for Sukari Gold Mines “Centamin plc” In charge of all Human Resources’ operational, administrative and strategically functions and activities for more than 1300 national employees and 77 Expatriates’ employees.
Before joining Sukari Gold Mines Ossama worked for 3 years in International Coke & Ferro-Alloys Company as a Head of Human Resources, and he was leading and managing all HR process and functions including “Recruitment, Training & Development, Personnel and performance management”.
Ossama was working in Qatar for 3 years in Qatar Food Company (AMERICANA Group) as Assistant Restaurant Manager which gave him a strong experience in the FMCG and restaurants management such as supervision, discipline, scheduling, training, budgeting, and marketing.
During these many years of experience in the Human Resources Management career, Ossama has engaged in and led several special successful Human Resources’ projects and received professional training as well as a Human Resources Management Professional Certifications.
