Osama Badran

I am registered Optometrist In Jordan and KSA and have bachelor degree in Optometry and vision therapy from Jordan University of Science and Technology (class 2011). I will complete my 8th year experience after graduates on May/2019 and I worked through my studying for 5 years. I have worked at a range of medical facilities and retails optical shops. In my recent position as a branches manager and optometrist at “Nazzal Optical” (Amman – Jordan) from 2/2014 till 19/9/2017, I carry out many tasks from branch manager to training courses, planning advisor, supervising and optometrist.


I am certified in Optometry and can do many techniques such as:
- Examination - Diagnosis - Prescribing spectacle or vision therapy.
- Pediatrics (Childs and Infants) Examination, management, and handling Lasik, Cross-linking, retinal, cataract, and many eye Surgeries testing, preparing, calibration, clarification, awareness, and patient follow up.
- Using All Ophthalmic instrumentation such Retinoscope, Opthalmoscope, A-B Scan, Slit lamp, Pentacam, OBD, OCT, Perimeter, biometry, ORK ...ETC.
- Specialist in all types of Contact lenses prescribing, fitting, and assessments.
- Low vision Examination.
- Higher visual function.
- Dispensing most types of spectacles.

And I am certified in Management, Training, Planning, Filing, Listing, Sales, Patients Caring and Explaining Prognosis. I have good experience in using excel, word, make presentations, and graphic designs.
