•Manage, monitor and control the overall production operations in the plant.
•Develop and deploy policies, process and work instructions covering to end factory operations.
•Review overall plant capacity and production resources from time to time to insure alignment with demands.
•Ensure efficient production planning and control.
•Assist the plant manager to finalize the annual budget for production department (manpower, machinery, tools, jigs and fixture).
•Organize and conduct internal training sessions and workshops concerning production management tools, techniques and best practice.
•Support the implementation of (HSE) programs and standards.
•Support to implement the quality management system (QMS) such as ISO, ASME and quality control methods.
•Maximize worker’s productivity and equipment utilization.
•Assist the plant manager to develop the production strategy in line with the overall business strategy.
•Manage and monitor the production team in all aspects including time management, quality of work, performance .. etc. .so that the production functions are carried out effectively and efficiently.
•Identify the training and development priorities of the production team in consultation with plant manager and ensure that the staff are adequately skilled to meet future requirements.
• monitor the production team to develop multi skilled workers.
•Address and resolve costumer complains in structured and time bound manner.
•Carry out root cause analysis of the complaints and develop appropriate plans for preventive /corrective actions.
•Develops and guides project/program solution plans for very complex projects.
•Successfully defines work flows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness.
•Develops and manages departmental budgets and/or business plans.
•Guides the project management role (definition of schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource allocation management) for very complex projects.
•Review all weekly and monthly reports are submitted to plant Manager as per the schedule of reports (Manpower, fabrication completion percentages report, fabrication schedule update)
•Prepare and submit the workload chart and factory time and motion study for manufacturing layout.
•Sub-vendor evaluation and follow up to meet the company targets.
•Machines procurement and evaluation of technical and commercial matters.
•Manpower allocation and project mobilization plan to ensure that the project flow smoothly.
•Preparation of critical project method statement and ensure the factory staff are will trained to meet the project execution methodology.
•Analyzing and preparing production budgets and timelines required to complete production projects.
•Ascertained production did not exceed sales budget and monitor of man-hour consumption.
