I am Osama Elsayed I’m IT Expert, I’m working now Area Manager and IT Project Manager in (GCS) Global Clearinghouse Systems @ Agility Logistics (Kuwait) http://www.agility.com
(Supporter for IT Solutions for "KGAC" Kuwait General Administration of Customs) and I was worked Previously as IT Consultant in Egypt and Systems Analyst in Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) – Qatar, I have served as Head of Application Development Unit then as a Head of the Project Management, Systems Analysis Unit and that for duration about 7 years and I’m looking now for a better Opportunity Elsewhere.

I worked in the field of Systems Development for about 19 years and I specialized in Enterprise Systems for ERP Solutions (Enterprise Resources Planning) and in Particular governmental and worked in government Authorities in Egypt and Qatar, some projects through USAID ” “United states Agency for International Development” - Egypt in several government agencies with diverse systems, and that include:
In Egypt:
- I was worked as IT Consultant, Project Manager, Business/System Analyst for eCommerce Solution (http://www.EgyMarket.org + http://www.Egy-Market.com) for Madenty.net (Implementer) and Social Fund for Development (Sponsor)
- "Sherok" System for the management of resources for Governorates and whole Country states through the Ministry of Local Development,
- “NAE” National Archives of Egypt system Archive through companies "IBM + Allied Soft”
- ERP and Patient’s Management Systems for hospitals applied in Hospital Dr. Badran – in Cairo.
- ERP Systems to manage the resources of the Ministry of Health and Population.
- Project Manager for eLearning solution for “Technologica Company – Oracle Partner”
- And also worked from Egypt as an external Out Source for an American company from Egypt "ESG Consulting" www.esginc.com .
- I Was Manager and Partner for Professionals for Modern Technologies Com. “ProMT” (Software House) from 2004 to 2006
In Qatar:
- My work in the Qatari Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) in the management of the projects and systems analysis for ERP Systems like “HR, Payroll, Engineering Project Management, Inventory, eService, etc”
- And I developed the complaints system of the National Human Rights Committee http://www.nhrc-qa.org and it’s worked from year 2006 till Now
- And, Management and Analysis for Full ERP Solution for Raya Newspaper www.raya.com
And some other projects in other Places...
The projects which I worked in were mostly classified as large-sized systems.
And from Years ago I worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Computer and Information “at the beginning of the composition” and Institute of Statistical and Studies Research – Cairo University and the Institute of Statistics.

I got Mini MBA Diploma from EGYCham Collaborated with Ain Shams University, also finished from Business Analysis Course (CBAP Core) from Campus Education Institute, and I finished also from MBA Courses (John Sulston Business School) and I will discuss the thesis soon ISA .
I know a lot of knowledge for financial solutions and institutional.
I ‘m seeking now about more challenges in Managerial Level as IT Director, ERP Manager, or Business Development Manager especially in Enterprise Solutions to run over there with In-house, Readymade and Standards
