Technical Project Manager/ Design & Estimation (ELV Operations):

Extensive experience in Project management Site development & Pre-Sales.
as part of Professional Services team in the role of Technical Project Manager to demonstrate best practices in project management which includes:

• Develop project chatter, Project planning documents, Project execution, project monitoring & controlling and closing project documents (ATP, ATR, handover).

• Prepare Techno-Commercial Proposals, Drawings, Compliance checklist as part of Pre-sales Team in compliance with RFP.

• Prepare WBS & Resource allocation plan.

• Support implementation of the QA/QC procedures and engage in site activities relative to the Project Quality Plan.

• Builds and maintains a positive working relationship with the site teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

• Maintain project to monitor progress and change, based on deliverable and milestones.

• Produce a Monthly/Daily project overview report for review by the Stakeholders which will include: (Project, Financial, Contractual Technical queries, Risks, Supplier issues, Client Relationship)

• Meeting Potential Customers, OEM’s, and Consultants & Generating new opportunities.

• Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers in accordance with the set processes and the requirements identified within the contract Agreement.

• Conduct Testing & Commissioning (T&C), prepare ATP/ATR documents, testing sheets, & other documents as required.
