B Tech, Diploma & ITI in Electrical having 12Years 6Month domestic & overseas experience in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Utility, Synthetics, Rubber & ETP of Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Repair, Service, Overhauling, Commissioning, Testing experience of electrical equipment i.e. up to 220kv Substation, HV/LV Transformer, HV/LV Motor, DC Motor, HV/LV Generator, HV/LV Switchgear, Earth Switch, Isolator, Bus-Bar, VCB, ACB, MCC, PMCC, VSDs, DC Thyristor Drive, MCB, MCCB, VFD, HV/LV Capacitor Bank, Power Factor Controller, Batteries, UPS, Invertor, Contactor, Starter, Relays, Temperature Controller, RTD, Thermocouple, Heater.
Perform & Carry out Insulation Resistance, Winding Resistance, TTR and P.I. Test, AC/DC High Potential Testing, Primary and Secondary current injection, ductor test, polarity/ratio, burden test of CT/VT, Stability test of Power Transformer, Differential Test of Power Transformer & HV Motor, Earthing Resistance Test & Earth loop Impedance Test.
Knowledge of Relay Testing equipment such as OMICRON CMC-256, CP-100, ISA and RTD Tester.
Familiar Numerical Relays i.e. ABB make REF630, REF615, RET615, REF542plus, M101, M102, & Siemens make SIPROTEC 7SJ64, MiCOM P120, P121, P122, MiCOM P22X Relays etc.
Familiar with electromechanically & static Relays (Solid State).
Familiar with VFDs i.e. ABB make ACS800, ACS1000, Denfoss make, Allen Bradley make etc.
Knowledge of Transformer oil dielectric test and Oil filtration.
Carry out Isolating & De-Isolating switchgears, Equipment up to 33kv.
Perform and carry out functional and loop test with DCS.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and modification of power and control wiring of Electrical equipment.
Able to read schematic and logic diagrams.
Familiar with PTW & LOTO system, Hazards zone, SCBA (NH15), GAS Detector.
Supervision of Electrical work and Interface with Management, Workforce, HSSE, Emergency Response Team, Material, Engineering, Store, Sub-Contractors, Other resources Department.
Conduct Tool Box Talk, Training & motivate to work force to do safe job and achieve “GOAL ZERO”.
Knowledge of ERP/CMMS.
