I am Electronics Engineering Graduate with 26 yrs. of experience in the field of Project Execution , Monitoring and Control , Commissioning , Operation and Maintenance. I am currently working for Yokogawa Saudi Arabia co. as Lead Quality Control Engineer responsible Quality compliance to Saudi Aramco SAMSS requirements in the manufacturing of Control System Cabinets, Consoles, PDP Panels, IRP panels and marshalling cabinets. Specific achievement includes:
 IRCA certified Lead QMS auditor for ISO 9001:2008 by AJA Academy, Italy.
 Attended BSI training on requirements, implementation and QMS changes for migrating from ISO9001; 2008 to ISO 9001; 2015.
 Member of American Society on Quality (ASQ) no. 65253478 since Mar-15.
 Attended BVQI Training on OSHAS Certified Auditor for OHSAS 18001; 2007.
 Attended DNV Training on requirements of Integrated Management System (IMS) based on PAS-99.
 Well versed to SA inspection requirements for DCS, SCS & VMS Control cabinets, Marshalling, PDB & RELAY cabinets and RTU Panels to meet the compliance to Saudi Aramco Engineering, Inspection and Material Standards.
 Rich knowledge in implementing requirement of IEC & NFPA standards.
 Attended BSI training on Certified Lead Internal Auditor for Inter-departmental IQA cycle audit and catering all surveillance and re-certification ISO Audits by BSI.
 Development of Project Execution Plan, Project Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plan for direct PO from Saudi Aramco/SABIC as well as for EPC like Hyundai, Samsung Engg., Intecsa (Spain) & Saipem.
 PMP training in Project Management Institute in Dubai.
 Exposed to Site QC Manager Role for Yokogawa Projects executed for Saudi Aramco, SABIC and other EPC companies for PO worth 5-15 MUSD. Site activities for projects included Material control, Document control, RFI execution, SAT and commissioning.
 Conducting periodic QA training session for all Project Manager and team of Lead Engineers on QMS and KPI requirements of engineering department.
 Exposed to Vendor Material Inspection at their works to meet check compliance to SA/Customer Standards & Specifications.
