Career Progression Summary: My career has gone through 3 distinct phases: The first phase (‘91-’09) was “Learning the basics” – manufacturing and quality assurance at System Controls and Transformers, business development and marketing at Crompton Greaves, sales, team leadership, engineering and customer support services at Ericsson, sales engineering at Infoshark, account management and building a foundation as a Technology Product Manager at Actix, getting my MS and MBA; The second phase (‘09-’16) was the “Startup Phase” - when I fed my inner entrepreneur...most of my work in this phase could be considered “failures” from some points of view, but are priceless to me in the lessons learned; The third phase (‘16-Present) is what I consider my “Maturing as a Leader” phase - I am older, with many battle scars and some victories, and hopefully wiser :-)
