I have a master’s degree in Human Resource Management with 4 years of professional work experience of which, 2 years corporate HR experience is with Infosys Limited as a Senior Associate HR Lead, the company is a leading international IT company with more than 170000 employees and another 2 years pre MBA in retail industry. I am a self-motivated, efficient and diplomatic human resource professional and within just 12 months I was promoted to a Senior Associate Lead roll.

I have a diverse experience in partnering with business, organization development, competency mapping, employee engagement, process improvement, recruitment, sales and retail.
