• I began my career with Indian Air Force as an In-charge Material and brought the level of precision and technical expertise to my career in the material management sector where I established myself as In-charge Logistics. In this tenure of my career, I was responsible for spearheading the functions including management of computerized & ERP procurement based on online purchase order preparation in IMMOLS (SAP). I was also involved in screening of requisitions prior to forwarding for procurement and overseeing the functions including procurement of all kind of material, checking the procurement receipts, conducting physical inspection, stacking, maintaining minimum & maximum level of critical & fast moving items and maintaining all procurement documents. I had been instrumental in conducting reconciliation of vendor statement, verification of stock, analysis of vendor performance & price variance. Accountable for New vendor development, price negotiation and material receipt and payment, etc. Demonstrated strength in preparing material requirement plan as per production floor needs, making the comparative statement, creating different reports as required by management, negotiating with the vendors for rate, delivery and payment terms. Efficiently maintained the stock of material by conducting perpetual stock verification and documentation. I believe in leading by example hence I always ensured the quality & quantity of material purchase at plant, provisioning module at HQ Maintenance Command, Nagpur and was responsible for o On line preparations of periodic review (Long Term) o Consumption pattern of each materials and vetting of each item required for assigned task considering forecast factor o On line preparations of Special review (Short Term) Preparation of provisioning proposal. o Reconciliation of unit demand and requirements o On line allocation of spares to various units o Conducting ABCVED and XYZ analysis of all provisioning spare parts. o Monitoring of contracted items according to supply schedule in real time scenario. o Conducting verification of last purchase rate and vendor performance. o Preparation of draft contract and provisioning proposal. o Preparation of month wise budget and forecasting forthcoming estimates. Adding this not only monitored & ensured the quality storage of raw material within the warehouse as per the company set procedures but also ensured the availability and issuance of raw material to internal team. Displayed outstanding interpersonal skills in handling ERP systems and developing reports and processing the material. Efficiently managed FIFO/LIFO system and reviewed it periodically. Deftly established safety systems in the depot and ensure safe practices.
